Buying for our own account
Draupnir buys real property for its own ownership. Draupnir and its members are not licensed real estate brokers and do not represent buyers or sellers, list property, or arrange sales for others.
Not a lender
Draupnir does not make, arrange, broker or advertise loans. Any terms under which a seller receives part of a purchase price over time are negotiated between a seller and Draupnir as buyer, in writing, and reviewed by each party's own advisors.
