For partners

For agents and professionals

We're a principal buyer, purchasing for our own long-term ownership. We're self-represented and glad to work directly with listing agents and with the professionals who advise owners.

What qualifies

Houses with three or more bedrooms and small buildings of two to four units in Washington and Clackamas counties. Tenants in place are welcome.

How you can help your clients

If a seller would like more than one way to reach a closing, this can be a useful option to put in front of them. We buy as principal, put the terms in writing, and leave room for you and your client to review it.

Listing agents

If your seller might want to talk about a cash offer or more flexible terms, we'd like to hear about it.

Your listing and commission terms stay between you and your seller. Anything that affects them would be agreed in writing at the start.

Property managers, estate attorneys and CPAs

If a client is weighing a sale, we're happy to talk with you first. We'll always encourage your client to rely on your advice, not ours.

Title, escrow, lenders and insurance

We work with Oregon title, escrow, and other closing professionals. If that's your work, we'd be glad to introduce ourselves.

A few clear lines

  • We don't pay referral or finder fees.
  • If you're a residential property wholesaler, we'll ask for your Oregon Real Estate Agency registration and the written disclosure the law requires before we talk about a property.
