How it works
A conversation, then a written outline.
We bring several options to the closing table, from a cash offer at closing to more flexible terms. We'll walk through what fits your situation on a call. We put it in writing and give you time to have your advisors review it.
The path, step by step
A conversation
A short, unhurried call or email about the property and what you want from a sale. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you.
A visit
We walk through the home at a time that suits you (and your tenants, if it's rented, with proper notice).
A written outline
We send a plain-English outline of the proposed terms, so nothing important lives only in conversation.
Your advisors review
You take the outline to your own advisors, family, or anyone you trust. Take the time you need.
Agreement and escrow
If we agree, attorneys prepare the documents, and a licensed Oregon title and escrow company handles the closing.
Closing, and after
Documents are signed and recorded, and we look after the home for the long term.
What you'll have in writing
- A written outline of the proposed terms, before anything is signed
- A purchase agreement prepared or reviewed by attorneys
- Closing statements from the title and escrow company

For your attorney and tax professional
Questions to bring to your advisor
- 01Is this sale a good idea for me?
- 02What should my attorney review before I agree?
- 03How could this sale affect my taxes, and when?
- 04Who else should be part of this decision?
- 05What timeline feels comfortable?
- 06Is there anything about my family or estate plans I should think about first?
