What we collect
What you choose to send through the contact form, email, phone or mail: your name, contact details, property address and your message. If you check the box, your permission for us to call or text you.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your property or question, to keep a record of our conversation, and to honor requests not to be contacted.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, share it for others' marketing, use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, or buy your information from data brokers.
Who processes it
Our email provider and website host process form submissions to deliver them to us. These are Hostinger (website host), FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, form-to-email relay; it keeps submissions for 30 days) and Google (Gmail).
Do-not-contact list
If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your name and address on a suppression list so we can honor that request.
Retention
We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and for our records, then delete them. Opt-out records are kept so we keep honoring them.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at draupnir.property@gmail.com, (971) 715-0628, or by mail. Reply STOP to any text.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards. Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank details or account passwords through the form.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13.
